❤️ How to make it with love:
❤️ Grind the oats into flour in a blender. Sift the cocoa powder and mix it with the baking powder. Beat the eggs, milk, sour cream, and sweetener until smooth. Add the oat flour and cocoa, and mix well. Pour the batter into a pan, reduce the heat to low.
