Ingredients:

Cabbage (white or Napa) – 500 g
Add-ons (cheese, bacon, mushrooms, etc.) – 100 g
Eggs – 3 pcs
Ground oat flakes – 100 g
Baking powder – 1½ tsp
Salt – ½ tsp
Pepper – to taste

Cooking with love:

1. Chop the cabbage into small pieces. Prepare it: for young cabbage, knead it with your hands; for autumn cabbage, pour boiling water over it for 5 minutes or boil for 10 minutes, then dry it. For a milder flavor, sauté the cabbage in oil.

2. Whisk the eggs with salt, pepper, and your chosen add-ons. Combine with the oat flakes and baking powder to create a thick, pourable batter. Mix it with the cabbage.

3. Pour the mixture into a baking dish, cover with foil, and bake at 220°C (428°F) for 40 minutes. Remove the foil and bake until golden.

Tip: Experiment with different add-ons like cheese, bacon, or mushrooms to discover your perfect flavor!
