200g all-purpose flour

½ packet dehydrated baking yeast

3 tbsp olive oil

Water (as needed for the right texture)

1 tbsp onion semolina

1 tsp dried rosemary

1 pinch salt + fleur de sel

1 goat cheese log

2 tbsp honey

1️⃣ Prepare the dough: Dissolve the yeast in 1 tbsp lukewarm water. In a bowl, mix flour with salt, then add the yeast mixture and olive oil. Gradually add water until a soft dough forms. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
