Green borscht🍵

Ingredients:
Meat
Onion – 1 pc.
Carrots – 1 pc .
Tomato
Potatoes – 4 pcs .
Sorrel – 250 gr.
Eggs – 4 pcs.
Water
Greens

Preparation:
1. First we put the broth to cook. Then fry the onion in a frying pan, when it turns golden, add the carrots and fry, then add the tomatoes and simmer until soft.
2. Remove the meat from the broth and cut into pieces.
3. Add the potatoes and cook until tender.
4. Add fried, chopped eggs, meat and sorrel to the broth, the more sorrel we add, the tastier the soup will turn out. Be sure to salt the soup to taste and cook for another 1-2 minutes after boiling.
5. Sprinkle the soup with herbs and serve with sour cream.
