These golden, cheesy cauliflower bites are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside—perfect as a snack, appetizer, or healthy side!

Ingredients:

1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets

2 tablespoons olive oil

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

2. Prepare the cauliflower: In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil until evenly coated.

3. Season: In a small bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle the mixture over the cauliflower and toss again to coat well.

4. Arrange & bake: Spread the coated cauliflower evenly on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy on the edges.
