Chicken Alfredo Pasta 🍝
✍️ Ingredients:
For the chicken:
1 chicken breast
Paprika, Svanetian salt, dried parsley – to taste
Vegetable oil – 50 ml
For the pasta:
1 pack of pasta
Cheese – 200 g
Green onion – for garnish
For the sauce:
Butter – 50 g
Flour – 1 tbsp
Milk – 350-400 ml
Salt/pepper/dried herbs – to taste
Preparation:
1️⃣ Boil water for the pasta.
2️⃣ Prepare the chicken: slice the breast lengthwise into three steaks.
3️⃣ Marinate the chicken in oil and spices.
4️⃣ Grill in butter on both sides until fully cooked.
5️⃣ Drain the pasta and mix in a cube of butter for extra flavor.
6️⃣ Prepare the Béchamel sauce: melt butter in a pan, add flour, and cook it down slightly. Gradually pour in milk while stirring quickly.
7️⃣ Add salt, pepper, and dried herbs.
8️⃣ Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce and mix well.
9️⃣ Grate the cheese and sprinkle over the pasta.
🔟 Top with the grilled chicken and garnish with green onions.
