βοΈ Ingredients:
For the chicken:
1 chicken breast
Paprika, Svanetian salt, dried parsley β to taste
Vegetable oil β 50 ml
For the pasta:
1 pack of pasta
Cheese β 200 g
Green onion β for garnish
For the sauce:
Butter β 50 g
Flour β 1 tbsp
Milk β 350-400 ml
Salt/pepper/dried herbs β to taste
Preparation:
1οΈβ£ Boil water for the pasta.
2οΈβ£ Prepare the chicken: slice the breast lengthwise into three steaks.
3οΈβ£ Marinate the chicken in oil and spices.
4οΈβ£ Grill in butter on both sides until fully cooked.
5οΈβ£ Drain the pasta and mix in a cube of butter for extra flavor.
6οΈβ£ Prepare the BΓ©chamel sauce: melt butter in a pan, add flour, and cook it down slightly. Gradually pour in milk while stirring quickly.
7οΈβ£ Add salt, pepper, and dried herbs.
8οΈβ£ Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce and mix well.
9οΈβ£ Grate the cheese and sprinkle over the pasta.
