Vegetable PP Lavash Without Rolling 🫔
✍️ Ingredients:
Zucchini – 200 g
Potato – 200 g
Carrot – 200 g
Light cheese – 70 g
Chicken eggs – 3 pcs
Spices – to taste
Preparation:
1. Grate all the ingredients, add eggs and spices, and mix well.
2. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet.
3. Press it down firmly with your hands to create a thin layer.
4. Bake at 200°C (392°F) for 35–40 minutes.
