Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 1 (15 ounces) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (15 ounces) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (12 ounces) bag nacho cheese-flavored Doritos, crushed
- 1 cup Catalina salad dressing
Directions:
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain the excess fat.
- Add the taco seasoning mix and water to the beef. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, kidney beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, black olives, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Add the seasoned beef to the salad and mix well.
- Just before serving, add the crushed Doritos and Catalina dressing. Toss to coat.
