Egg Pancakes 🥞

✍️ Ingredients:

3 eggs

Salt, pepper – to taste

150 ml milk

1 tomato

3 tbsp flour

Herbs – optional

Sausage – optional

120 g cheese

Preparation:

1. Add spices to the eggs: salt, pepper, and you can add dried garlic if you like.

2. Whisk well, then add herbs, tomato, flour, and mix again thoroughly to avoid lumps. Then, it’s time to fry.

3. Grease the pan with oil and fry first on one side, then flip over. Place cheese on one half and cover with the other half. It’s ready!

4. Brew some tasty aromatic tea or coffee and serve.
