Shortbread Cookies with Boiled Condensed Milk 🍪

✍️ Ingredients:

Butter (unsalted) – 180 g

Sugar – 70 g

Eggs – 2 (C2 size)

Flour – 400 g

Baking powder – 1 tsp

Condensed milk – 1 can + butter – 90 g

Preparation:

1. All ingredients should be at room temperature.

2. Add sugar to softened butter and mix thoroughly.

3. Add eggs and sifted flour with baking powder, knead into soft dough.

4. Place the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes.

5. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

6. While the oven is heating, take the dough out and divide it into small balls (each ball about 10 g).

7. Place in the oven for 15 minutes.

8. Let them cool.

9. Whisk boiled condensed milk with butter, and spread it on the cookies.
