1 teaspoon rice vinegar

Instructions:

2. Add cucumbers and onions, tossing to coat in the dressing.

1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar

1 teaspoon sugar

2 teaspoons sesame seeds

Instructions:

1. Sprinkle salt over radish and toss to coat. Let it sit for 30 minutes in a colander to draw out excess water.

2. After 30 minutes, chop green onion, mince garlic, and grate ginger.

3. In a bowl, mix radish, green onion, garlic, ginger, gochugaru, fish sauce, vinegar, sugar, and sesame seeds.

1 tsp salt

1 lb bean sprouts, rinsed

4 cloves garlic, minced

4 teaspoons fish sauce

Instructions:

1. Boil water in a large pot, add salt, and blanch the rinsed bean sprouts for 2 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.

2. In a bowl, combine minced garlic, gochugaru, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and fish sauce.

3. Add cooled bean sprouts to the bowl and mix gently. Add green onions and mix again.
