Crispy Cabbage Fritters with Creamy Dill Sauce
Ingredients:
500g cabbage, shredded
2 onions, finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
3 eggs
4 tbsp flour (60g)
1 tsp salt (8g)
1 tsp red pepper (4g)
1 tsp black pepper (4g)
Vegetable oil for frying
For the Sauce:
3 tbsp yogurt (75g)
2 sprigs dill, chopped
1 cucumber, grated
Red pepper powder, to taste
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix cabbage, onions, garlic, eggs, flour, salt, red pepper, and black pepper until well combined.
2. Warm some vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat until it shimmers. Scoop a spoonful of the mixture, shape it into a small patty, and place it in the pan. Flatten slightly.
3. Fry for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
4. For the sauce, mix yogurt, dill, cucumber, and red pepper in a bowl. Stir well.
5. Serve fritters hot with a dollop of sauce.
