One-Pan Dinner 🍝
Ingredients:
Ground beef – 350 g
Pasta – 200 g
Small onion – 1 piece
Garlic – 2 cloves
Tomato – 1 piece
Tomato paste – 2 tsp
Beef broth – 400 ml
Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Herbes de Provence – 1 tsp
Ground garlic – 1 tsp
Paprika – 2 tsp
Chili flakes – 1/2 tsp (optional)
Grated cheese – 120 g
Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
Salt and pepper – to taste
Parsley – to taste
Preparation:
1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add onion and cook until translucent.
3. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
4. Add garlic and tomato, and cook for another couple of minutes, stirring.
5. Add tomato paste, beef broth, soy sauce, sugar, and all spices. Bring to a boil.
6. Add pasta and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
7. Serve with grated cheese and sprinkle with parsley.
