Ingredients for Soft Pizza Dough

3 cups flour

1 tablespoon dry yeast

1 tablespoon sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 cup yogurt

¼ cup oil

½ cup milk

Method for Making Soft Pizza Dough

1. In a stand mixer, combine 2½ cups of flour, yeast, sugar, salt, baking powder, and bread improver.

2. Add yogurt, oil, and milk.

3. Mix the ingredients with the stand mixer until you get a smooth and cohesive dough.

4. Cover the dough and let it rise until it doubles in size.

5. Roll out the dough on a clean, flat surface dusted with the remaining flour.

6. Place the rolled-out dough in a baking tray and let it rest again for 15 minutes.

7. Add your favorite toppings and bake the pizza in the oven until fully cooked.
