Ingredients:
- 1 (1 pound) loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
- 1/4 pound sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 pound sliced ham
- 1/4 pound sliced salami
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 egg, beaten
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough into a large rectangle, about 10×14 inches.
- Arrange the pepperoni, ham, and salami evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle with mozzarella, Cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses. Season with oregano, basil, and garlic powder.
- Starting with one of the long sides, roll the dough up tightly, sealing the edges by pinching them together. Place the rolled dough seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the top with the beaten egg.
- Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 25-30 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
