Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
2 cups fresh spinach
1 cup heavy cream
Β½ cup chicken broth
ΒΌ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Optional: Crispy turkey bacon or red pepper flakes for garnish
Instructions:
1οΈβ£ Season & Sear the Chicken β Sprinkle salt and pepper over the chicken breasts. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
2οΈβ£ SautΓ© Garlic & Mushrooms β In the same pan, melt butter and sautΓ© garlic for 30 seconds. Add mushrooms and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
