Ingredients:
Puff pastry
Raspberries – 200 gr.
Sugar – 35 gr.
Corn starch – 2 tsp
Almond petals
Powdered sugar
Preparation:
1. Roll out the dough into a layer.
Prepare jam: grind raspberries / blueberries with sugar, add starch and cook over low heat in a saucepan with a thick bottom for 3-4 minutes until thickened. Cool down, you can take a ready-made jam.
2. Lubricate the dough layer with a layer of jam.
3. Roll out the second layer of the same size. Cover the first layer with a second layer and roll it a little with a rolling pin so that the layers stick together.
4. Cut the workpiece into long strips, 2 centimeters wide. Twist each strip into a spiral. Then form the likeness of a snail.
5. Sprinkle with almond petals or other nuts.
6. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. When serving, you can decorate the buns with powdered sugar.
