Buffalo Chicken Wings with Ranch Dip
Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken wings
1/2 cup hot sauce (Frank’s RedHot)
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 cup flour (for coating)
Vegetable oil (for frying)
For Ranch Dip:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375°F.
2. Coat wings in flour, shake off excess, and fry for 10-12 minutes until crispy.
3. Mix hot sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
4. Toss fried wings in sauce.
5. Mix ranch dip ingredients and serve with wings.
