Ingredients
12 lasagna noodles
1 lb shrimp, peeled, deveined, and roughly chopped
8 oz cooked crab meat (lump or imitation)
3 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
2 cups ricotta cheese
1 large egg
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prep the Ingredients:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Add the shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2–3 minutes, until pink and opaque. Remove from heat and set aside.
In a bowl, stir together ricotta cheese, egg, and a tablespoon of chopped parsley.
- Assemble the Lasagna:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce in the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Layer as follows:
4 cooked lasagna noodles
Half of the ricotta mixture
Half of the shrimp and crab
A layer of Alfredo sauce
⅓ of the mozzarella and parmesan cheese
Repeat the layers: noodles, ricotta, seafood, sauce, cheese.
Top with remaining noodles, sauce, and the rest of the shredded cheese.
- Bake:
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for another 15–20 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with extra parsley if desired.
Serving Suggestions:
✅ Pair with garlic bread or a crisp green salad.
✅ Serve with extra Alfredo sauce on the side for an ultra-creamy experience.
Tips:
Substitute scallops or cooked lobster for a more luxurious version.
Use oven-ready noodles to skip the boiling step.
Fresh parsley adds color and flavor — don’t skip it!
