Zesty Passion Fruit Lemon Tea
The ultimate summer cooler with a citrus twist!

Ingredients:

5 slices of fresh lemon

50g rock sugar syrup (or honey/sugar dissolved in warm water)

250ml chilled jasmine green tea

A handful of ice cubes

20ml passion fruit juice

20ml freshly squeezed lemon juice

1–2 ripe passion fruits (for garnish)

How to Make It:

1. Prep the Fruits:

Start by gently scrubbing the lemon skin with salt to remove wax and impurities. Rinse well and cut into thin slices.

Cut the passion fruits in half, scoop out the pulp and juice, and set aside in the fridge to keep it fresh.

2. Build Your Drink Base:

In a tall glass, add the rock sugar syrup (or your choice of sweetener).

Pour in the cooled jasmine green tea and drop in a generous amount of ice cubes.

3. Add Citrus & Tropical Flavor:

Mix in the passion fruit juice and lemon juice. Give it a good stir until everything is well combined.

4. Finish with a Flavorful Garnish:

Top with fresh lemon slices and a spoonful of passion fruit pulp. Not only does it boost flavor, but it looks beautiful too!

Quick Tip:
To make rock sugar syrup at home, simply heat equal parts water and rock sugar (or regular sugar) until fully dissolved. Let it cool before use.
