Surf & Turf Supreme: Ribeye with Creamy Shrimp & Lobster Sauce
A dish made to impress — tender, juicy ribeye meets rich, velvety seafood sauce in a match made for your finest dinner table.
Ingredients:
2 ribeye steaks (8 oz each)
Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
½ lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
½ lb lobster meat, roughly chopped
2 garlic cloves, finely minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup freshly grated Parmesan
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (plus extra for garnish)
—
Instructions:
1. Sear the Steaks
Season ribeyes generously with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a hot skillet until shimmering.
Sear steaks for 3–4 minutes per side for a perfect medium-rare (adjust for your preferred doneness).
Transfer to a plate and let them rest under foil.
2. Build the Sauce
In the same skillet, add remaining olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté over medium heat until just golden and fragrant — about 30 seconds.
Add the shrimp and lobster meat. Cook until shrimp are pink and plump, and lobster is warmed through (about 3–4 minutes).
3. Creamy Finish
Reduce heat to low. Pour in the heavy cream and simmer gently for 2–3 minutes.
Stir in Parmesan and butter until smooth and luxuriously creamy.
4. Serve It Up
Place steaks on warm plates and spoon the creamy shrimp-lobster sauce generously over the top.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Chef’s Notes:
Pair with garlic mashed potatoes or roasted asparagus for a complete gourmet meal.
Want a little heat? Add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
For extra richness, finish the steaks with a pat of herb butter before topping.
