• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 4 large eggs
• 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
• ½ cup (120 ml) milk
• 1 cup (100g) grated cheese (Gruyère, Cheddar, or Mozzarella)
• Salt & black pepper, to taste

🥧 Instructions:

1️⃣ Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2️⃣ Sauté Vegetables:
• In a pan, sauté onion & garlic until soft.
• Add spinach and cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted (if using fresh spinach). Set aside to cool.
