Strawberries with Cream Gourmet Ice Cream 🍓🍦
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups whole milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk
4 tablespoons powdered milk
1 ½ cups heavy cream
½ block (about 4 oz) cream cheese (such as Philly), softened
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Sugar, to taste (about 2-3 tablespoons)
1 bag fresh strawberries, hulled and diced
Directions:
1. In a blender or large mixing bowl, combine the whole milk, sweetened condensed milk, powdered milk, heavy cream, cream cheese, vanilla extract, and sugar. Blend or whisk until smooth and creamy.
2. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness with more sugar if needed.
3. Pour the cream mixture into an ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer’s instructions to churn until thickened and creamy.
4. While the ice cream is churning, finely dice the strawberries and set them aside.
5. Once the ice cream is ready, gently fold in the diced strawberries. If you prefer larger chunks of fruit, add them toward the end of churning or stir them in after churning is done.
6. Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
7. Serve chilled and enjoy a creamy, fruity treat!
