Condensed Milk Chubbies 😋
Soft, sweet, and perfect for a quick treat! These condensed milk chubbies are easy to make and absolutely delicious.
Ingredients:
2 cups wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch salt
1 can (397g) condensed milk
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk (optional, for consistency)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Butter or oil for greasing
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
2. Add the eggs, condensed milk, and vanilla, mixing until a thick dough forms. If needed, add a little milk to adjust the consistency, but the dough should remain firm.
3. Take small portions (about the size of a golf ball) and flatten them slightly into round chubby shapes.
4. Heat a greased comal or nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook each piece for about 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
5. Enjoy them as is, or serve with jam, dulce de leche, or your favorite topping!
