150g (5 oz) ham, thinly sliced or diced
150g (5 oz) cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or Gruyère), grated

1 tbsp Dijon mustard or mayonnaise (optional)

Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Puff Pastry
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Lightly flour a surface and roll out the puff pastry. Cut it into six equal rectangles.
2️⃣ Assemble the Pockets
Spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard or mayonnaise on one half of each rectangle (if using).
