Smothered Oxtails 🍲

Ingredients:
✅ 2 ½ lbs beef oxtails
✅ 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
✅ 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
✅ 2 tsp kosher salt
✅ 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
✅ ¾ cup vegetable oil
✅ 3 cups beef broth
✅ 1 large onion, sliced
✅ 2 garlic cloves, minced
✅ 2 carrots, sliced
✅ 2 celery stalks, sliced
✅ 1 bay leaf

Instructions:

1️⃣ Season & Coat: Generously season the oxtails with salt and pepper, then coat them in flour, shaking off any excess.

2️⃣ Sear for Flavor: Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Brown the oxtails on all sides until golden and crisp. Remove and set aside.

3️⃣ Sauté the Veggies: In the same pot, add onions, garlic, carrots, and celery. Sauté until softened and fragrant.
