Homemade Mold Bread 🍞
Ingredients:
🧈 80g melted butter
🥛 400ml warm milk
🍞 10g dry yeast (1 tbsp)
🍬 10g sugar (1 tbsp)
🥚 2 eggs
🌾 850g common wheat flour
🧂 6g salt (1 tsp)
Instructions:
1️⃣ In a bowl, mix melted butter, warm milk, dry yeast, sugar, and eggs. Stir well.
2️⃣ Gradually add the flour in two parts, then mix in the salt.
3️⃣ Knead until smooth, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour (or until doubled in size).
4️⃣ Punch down the dough, divide it into two parts, roll, and place in a greased mold.
5️⃣ Cover and let rise for 30 minutes (or until tripled in size).
6️⃣ Brush with egg yolk and 1 tsp milk, then bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F) for 25 minutes.
