BBQ Ribs with Coleslaw
Ingredients:
2 racks pork ribs
1 cup BBQ sauce
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
For Coleslaw:
2 cups shredded cabbage
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
2. Mix paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Rub onto ribs.
3. Wrap ribs in foil and bake for 2.5 hours.
4. Remove, brush with BBQ sauce, and broil for 5 minutes.
5. For coleslaw, mix all ingredients and serve with ribs.
