Grand Stuffed Potato

🥔 Grand Stuffed Potato with All the Goodness

Serves 3-4

3-4 large potatoes

1 pack of Indilight turkey steaks

1 carrot

1 bell pepper

1 red onion

50 ml milk

50 g cream cheese

100 g grated cheese

Olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Sour cream and green onions for serving

Instructions

1️⃣ Prep the potatoes: Slice them as shown in the video, coat with oil, season with salt and pepper, and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 60+ minutes, depending on their size.

2️⃣ Cook the turkey: Sear the turkey steaks 5 minutes per side, then cover with foil and let rest for 10 minutes. Dice into small cubes.

3️⃣ Sauté the veggies: Finely dice the carrot, bell pepper, and onion. Sauté for 5 minutes and set aside.

4️⃣ Hollow out the potatoes: Slice off the top and scoop out the insides carefully, keeping the skins intact.

5️⃣ Make the filling: Mash the scooped-out potato with milk and cream cheese until smooth.

6️⃣ Stuff the potatoes: Mix the mashed potato with turkey and veggies, then fill the potato shells, top with grated cheese, and bake for another 15 minutes.

7️⃣ Serve and enjoy: Top with sour cream and green onions for the perfect finish.
