❤️ Ingredients:
🥕 Pumpkin – 400 g
🌾 Flour – 250 g
🧂 Baking powder – 4 g
🧈 Butter – 60 g
🍭 Sugar – 80 g
🥚 Egg – 1 pc.
🧂 Salt – a pinch
🌶 Cinnamon – a little
🍊 Orange zest – from 1 orange
🌱 Vegetable oil – 1 g
❤️ Cooking with love:
❤️ Preheat the oven. Cut the pumpkin into cubes, place on a baking sheet with parchment paper, and drizzle with vegetable oil. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C. Mash with a fork.
❤️ Sift the flour and mix with the baking powder. Chop the butter into small chunks and work it into the flour until crumbly. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into a baking mold and bake for 25-30 minutes.
