❤️ What you need:
🥩 Chicken liver – 500g
🥛 Milk 2.5% – 100ml
🥚 Egg – 1
🧀 Cheese – 30g
🌾 Rice flour – 3 tbsp
🧅 Onion – 1
🥕 Carrots – 2
🧂 Salt – 1 tsp
🧄 Dried garlic
🌿 Herbes de Provence
❤️ How to make it with love:
❤️ Chop the onion, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Sauté the vegetables in olive oil until soft or simmer without oil.
❤️ Clean and rinse the liver, then combine it with the egg, rice flour, salt, garlic, herbs, and blend until smooth, adding milk.
❤️ Pour part of the liver mixture into a mold, add the vegetables, sprinkle with cheese, and pour the remaining mixture on top.
❤️ Bake at 180°C for about 40-50 minutes.
