White Chocolate Dessert Cream with Kinder Bueno

A delightful dessert that’s both creamy and crunchy, thanks to the combination of crushed Kinder Bueno and almonds!

Ingredients:

150g white chocolate

500ml semi-skimmed milk

30g powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

20g cornstarch (Maïzena)

2 eggs

50g liquid fresh cream

8 Kinder Bueno White bars

A handful of crushed almonds

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Chocolate

Gently melt the chocolate over a bain-marie (double boiler) until it becomes silky smooth.

2. Cook the Cream Base

In a saucepan, combine the melted chocolate, milk, eggs, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cornstarch.

Cook on low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring continuously, until the mixture thickens.

3. Add the Fresh Cream

Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the liquid fresh cream until well combined.

4. Incorporate Kinder Bueno
Transfer the mixture into a spacious bowl or dish. Let it cool for 5 minutes.

Add 6 crushed Kinder Bueno bars to the mixture and mix well.

5. Assemble and Chill

Divide the mixture evenly into ramekins or serving cups.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.

6. Decorate and Serve

Before serving, cut the remaining Kinder Bueno bars in half and place them on top of the cream.

Sprinkle with crushed almonds for extra crunch.
