❤️ What you’ll need:
🥛 Milk (2.5%) – 300 ml
💪 Whey protein – 60 g
🌱 Xanthan gum – ½ tsp

❤️ Made with love:
❤️ Pour the milk into a deep bowl, add the vanilla-flavored whey protein and xanthan gum. Mix with a mixer until fluffy.
❤️ If your protein isn’t sweetened, add any sweetener along with vanilla extract or a packet of vanilla sugar. Place it in the freezer. After 40 minutes, scrape the ice cream from the sides of the bowl and whip with a mixer. Repeat these steps 2-3 more times. Finally, leave it in the freezer for at least 3 hours.

❤️ Tip: For a richer flavor, add a little melted chocolate or pieces of fruit to the mixture.
