Tender and flavorful muffins with a juicy filling of boiled egg and crispy green onion – a hearty treat for the whole family! ❤️

❤️ Ingredients:
🥚 Eggs – 2
🥛 Kefir (1%) – 100 ml
🌾 Rice flour – 50 g
🧂 Baking powder – ½ tsp
🧂 Salt – a pinch
🌱 Green onion – 15 g
🌰 Sesame seeds – 3 g

❤️ Made with love:
❤️ Boil one egg, let it cool, and dice it. Finely chop the green onion.
❤️ Mix the raw egg, kefir, flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the chopped boiled egg and green onion.
❤️ Stir the batter and pour it into silicone muffin molds. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. For 25 minutes Bake in an oven heated to 180°C (356°F) .

❤️ Tip: For a softer texture, replace part of the rice flour with regular wheat flour.
