Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar until well combined. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the chilled crust. Top with cherry pie filling.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the cheesecake to set.
