No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake Delight

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar until well combined. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the chilled crust. Top with cherry pie filling.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the cheesecake to set.
