Decadent No-Bake Chocolate Eclair Cake with Vanilla Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 2 (3.5 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (16 ounce) package graham cracker squares
  • 1 (16 ounce) package prepared chocolate frosting

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the instant pudding mix and milk. Stir until smooth, then fold in the thawed whipped topping.
  2. In a 9×13-inch baking dish, arrange a single layer of graham cracker squares. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers. Top with another layer of graham crackers and the remaining pudding mixture. Finish with a final layer of graham crackers.
  3. Spread the chocolate frosting over the top layer of graham crackers. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the graham crackers to soften.
