✅️ Espasol | Only 3 Ingredients! 👌
Ingredients:
	•	500g glutinous rice flour
	•	2 cups sugar
	•	4 cups coconut milk
Instructions:
	1.	Toast the Flour: In a pan, toast the glutinous rice flour until lightly browned. Set aside ½ cup for later.
	2.	Prepare the Coconut Mixture: In another pan, bring the coconut milk to a boil. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. (Optional: Add lemon zest for extra flavor.)
	3.	Cook the Espasol: Reduce heat to low and gradually add the toasted flour, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens and dries completely. Turn off the heat.
	4.	Shape & Cool: Sprinkle a container with toasted flour, spread the espasol mixture evenly, and let it cool completely. Slice and dust with more toasted flour.
