Cream Cheese Cake
Ingredients:
For the Cake:
	•	8 oz cream cheese, softened
	•	½ cup vegetable oil
	•	1 cup granulated sugar
	•	3 large eggs
	•	1 tsp vanilla extract
	•	1½ cups all-purpose flour
	•	1 tsp baking powder
	•	¼ tsp salt
For the Glaze (optional):
	•	¼ cup powdered sugar
	•	1-2 tbsp milk or cream
Instructions:
	1.	Preheat Oven: 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
	2.	Prepare Batter: Beat cream cheese until smooth, add sugar, then eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla.
	3.	Mix Dry Ingredients: Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
	4.	Combine: Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet until just combined.
	5.	Bake: Pour batter into pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. Let cool.
	6.	Glaze (optional): Mix powdered sugar and milk, then drizzle over cooled cake.
Variations: Add nuts, chocolate chips, or berries for extra flavor. Enjoy!
