π Korean Fresh Strawberry Milk
β Ingredients:
1 lb (16 oz) fresh strawberries
β cup granulated sugar
1 cup whole milk (or milk of choice)
Ice cubes (optional)
π Instructions:
1. Wash, dry, and remove the stems from the strawberries. Slice and roughly chop them.
2. In a skillet over medium heat, combine the chopped strawberries and sugar. Stir and cook until the mixture turns syrupy while keeping some strawberry chunks.
3. Remove from heat, transfer to a container, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
4. To serve, scoop the chilled strawberry puree into a glass. Swirl it around the inside of the glass using the back of a spoon.
5. Add ice cubes (if using) and pour milk over the puree. Stir and enjoy immediately!

β Ingredients:
2 large ripe mangoes
1 Β½ cups full-fat milk
ΒΌ cup granulated sugar
Ice cubes (optional)
π Instructions:
1. Peel and cut the mangoes, setting aside Β½ of one mango for later.
2. Blend 1 Β½ mangoes with the sugar until smooth, creating a mango puree.
3. To serve, pour the mango puree into a glass. Add ice cubes and the reserved diced mango.
4. Pour milk over the mixture and stir well. Enjoy your creamy mango delight!
