Peanut Butter Balls
Ingredients:
2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter
6 tablespoons butter (melted)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 oz dipping chocolate (your choice)
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix the melted butter and vanilla extract together. Add in the peanut butter and stir until smooth and combined.
2. Gradually add the powdered sugar, stirring until a thick, smooth dough forms.
3. Roll the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
4. Freeze the balls for 30 minutes or until firm.
5. While the balls are freezing, melt the dipping chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or over a double boiler.
6. Once the balls are firm, dip each one into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated. Place the chocolate-covered balls back on the sheet to set.
7. Allow the chocolate to harden before serving or storing.
