**INGREDIENTS**

– 50 g leek slices (2–3 cm)

– 10 g butter
– 50 g chopped pitted dates
– 150 g diced bacon
– 100 g oat flakes
– 1 tsp meat or vegetable stock cube
– 300 g water
– 50 g chopped walnuts (optional, for garnish)

**PREPARATION**
1. **Prep the Cheddar**: Place the Cheddar in a bowl and chop for 10 sec. at speed 7.
2. **Chop Aromatics**: Add the leek and garlic to the bowl. Chop for 4 sec. at speed 5. Use a spatula to gather the mixture at the bottom.
3. **Cook Base**: Add olive oil and butter. Cook for 7 min. at 120°C, speed 1.
4. **Add Bacon and Dates**: Mix in the bacon and dates. Cook for 5 min. at 110°C, speed 1.
5. **Incorporate Oats**: Add oats, stock cube, and water. Cook for 5 min. at 90°C, speed 1.
6. **Finish with Cheese**: Return the chopped Cheddar to the bowl. Mix for 10 sec. at speed 1. Transfer to serving bowls and sprinkle with walnuts (if using).
