Peanut Cookies 🍪

✍️ Ingredients:

Butter – 165 g

Egg – 1 piece

Sugar – 140 g

Natural peanuts – 180 g

Flour – 300 g

Baking powder – 1/2 tsp

Baking soda – 1/4 tsp

Salt – 1/4 tsp

Preparation:

1. Roast the peanuts at 160°C (320°F) for 15 minutes until golden brown.

2. Cool, peel, and crush the peanuts in a blender or with a rolling pin.

3. Preheat the oven to 180-200°C (350-390°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

4. Beat the room temperature butter with sugar for 2-3 minutes.

5. Add the egg and beat again.

6. Sift the flour with baking powder, baking soda, and salt, then add to the butter mixture. Stir in the peanuts and mix into crumbs (or use a mixer), then quickly gather the dough into a ball.

7. Take pieces of dough (about the size of a walnut, around 30 g), roll into balls, and place them on the baking sheet.

8. Flatten the cookies with a fork.

9. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown and fragrant. Be careful not to overbake.
