Sweet and Creamy Strawberry Sago – A Perfect Valentine’s Treat! ❤️🍓

Ingredients:
• 1 cup small tapioca pearls (sago)
• 4 cups fresh strawberries, diced
• ¼ cup sugar
• 1 cup nata de coco, drained
• 1 cup coconut milk
• 1 cup condensed milk
• 1 cup evaporated or fresh milk
• 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions:
1. Cook the Sago:
• Boil 5 cups of water, add sago pearls, and cook for 10–15 min, stirring occasionally.
• Let sit for 5 min, then drain, rinse under cold water, and set aside.
2. Make the Strawberry Purée:
• Blend 2 cups strawberries with sugar until smooth.
• For a chunkier texture, pulse instead of blending fully.
3. Assemble the Dessert:
• In a large bowl, mix remaining strawberries, strawberry purée, coconut milk, evaporated milk, condensed milk, and vanilla.
• Stir in cooked sago and nata de coco.
4. Chill & Serve:
• Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
• Serve in glasses or bowls with crushed ice.
• Garnish with extra strawberries.
