Ingredients
Crust:
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
⅓ cup granulated sugar
6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Orange Cream Cheese Layer:
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
¾ cup orange juice concentrate
1 cup heavy cream (whipped to stiff peaks)
1 tsp orange zest (optional)
2 tsp powdered gelatin
3 tbsp cold water
Classic Cheesecake Layer:
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup heavy cream (whipped to stiff peaks)
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp powdered gelatin
3 tbsp cold water
Orange Jello Top Layer:
1 package (3 oz) orange-flavored gelatin mix
1 cup boiling water
½ cup cold water
Instructions
1. Make the Crust:
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Firmly press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and set it in the fridge to chill.
2. Prepare Orange Cream Layer:
Bloom gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes.
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, orange juice concentrate, and orange zest together until the mixture is silky smooth.
Melt gelatin and mix it in. Fold in whipped cream.
Spread over the crust and chill.
3. Create Classic Cheesecake Layer:
Repeat the same process: bloom gelatin, beat cream cheese mixture, and fold in whipped cream.
Spread this layer over the orange layer and chill.
4. Add the Orange Jello Top:
Dissolve the orange gelatin mix in boiling water, add cold water, and cool slightly.
Gently pour over the cheesecake layers and chill until fully set.
