Big Mac Salad Recipe

1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped

1 lb ground beef

½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup tomatoes, chopped

½ cup red onion, chopped

1 cup pickle chips, sliced

1 ½ tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp salt

¼ tsp ground black pepper

Burger Sauce (recipe below)

Instructions:

1. Cook the Beef: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the ground beef with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper before adding it to the pan.Cook, breaking apart with a spatula, until browned (5–7 minutes). Remove from heat and set aside.

2. Assemble the Salad: In a large salad bowl, layer lettuce, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, red onion, and pickle slices. Use a slotted spoon to add the cooked beef, leaving the grease behind.

3. Add the Sauce: Drizzle the burger sauce on top and toss until the lettuce is evenly coated.

¾ cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp mustard

2 tbsp ketchup

¼ cup pickle relish

1 tbsp Sriracha

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

½ tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions:

Whisk all ingredients in a bowl until smooth and creamy. For enhanced flavor, refrigerate in an airtight jar for up to 24 hours before serving.
