Ingredients:
– 600 g of ground beef
– 1 egg + 1 yolk
– 20-30 ml of olive oil
– 3 tablespoons of grated bread
– 100 grams of cottage cheese
– 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
– 1 onion
– 1/2 sweet pepper
– Spinach (like)
– 100 grams of mozzarella
– 100 g bacon
– Garlic and dill (optional)
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Oil for frying
For the sauce:
– 3 cups of mayonnaise
– 3 cds of ketchup
– 50 ml of soy sauce
– 50 ml of flower honey
Curry, chilli, hot pepper, dried garlic, italian herbs
To accompany:
– Lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, sliced onion
– 2 tablespoons of linseed oil
– Soy sauce
Preparation:
1. In a bowl, mix ground beef with egg, salt and pepper.
2. Spreads the meat on baking paper to form a rectangle.
3. Sprinkle grated bread on top.
4. Mix cottage cheese with yolk and mayonnaise; spread over meat.
5. Add the onion, pepper, spinach and mozzarella.
6. Carefully roll and seal the edges with meat.
7. Wrap in bacon strips.
8. Bake at 200°C for 60 minutes.
9. Meanwhile, mix all the sauce ingredients.
10. Take out the roll, cover with sauce and bake 10 more minutes uncovered.
11. Serve with fresh salad and a chorrito of linseed oil or soy sauce.
