Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a shallow bowl, mix together the melted butter, garlic powder, parsley, and basil.
- In another bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.
- Dip each chicken breast half into the butter mixture, then into the bread crumb mixture, pressing crumbs onto the chicken to coat.
- Place coated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is no longer pink and the juices run clear.
