🥑🫐 Avocado Blueberry Smoothie
Ingredients:
	•	1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
	•	1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
	•	1 banana (optional, for added sweetness)
	•	½ cup Greek yogurt or almond milk
	•	1 cup water or almond milk (depending on your desired texture)
	•	1 teaspoon honey (optional)
	•	A few ice cubes (optional, for a cooler texture)
Instructions:
	1.	Add all the ingredients to a blender.
	2.	Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
	3.	Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as needed (add more honey or liquid).
