Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 (10 ounce) package marshmallows
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 6 cups crispy rice cereal
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Directions:
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with butter or nonstick spray.
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
- Stir in the shredded coconut and crispy rice cereal until well coated.
- Press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish using a buttered spatula or waxed paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the top of the treats.
- Allow the treats to cool and the chocolate to set before cutting into squares.
